Recommended payment structure
50% of the $2,950 development fee to begin; 50% after client approval and before production launch. Managed hosting begins at launch at $69/month or $750/year.

Production implementation notes
The prototype demonstrates the customer experience. The production version connects these screens to secure storage, database records, authenticated/tokenized proof links, email delivery, optional SMS and a payment processor for deposit collection.
